Ryan was outstanding. I am new to this location; only been once before. I came in with a sour attitude because the communication is so poor. Was calling for over a week prior to appt to ask a few questions. No response tho I left numerous voice mails. Ryan greeted me and assured me they would take good care of the car. when I checked out he went over each item and explained why they did things and what I would not need for a few years. I have been receiving service at Honda Frontenac since 2018 and the service department has exceptional service and advice. Ryan was coincidentally my rep the last 3 routine service visits, so since he gets 10 stars in my book instead of 5, but all the service members are helpful and well-trained.
Courtesy shuttle was a nice service
