So impressed with their customer service!! They made getting a flat tire on the way to work seem like just a little bump in the road.

I arrived shortly before 7am for my appointment. My HondaCRV would need an extensive pre-winter check, several other systems checks and an oil change. During the time the work was done, I worked on a piece of art work in Honda of Frontenac's modernized waiting room. I'll be scheduling the same pre-winter service next year.
Service Team was OUTSTANDING. My daughter's first 'experience' bringing the car in for service and the young man assisting her was genuine, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. THANKS

Marco was very helpful in using the coupons we brougt in to get small discounts on service items. He reviewed a few additional service items with us and we had them done also. We got the car back in a timely manner.
