The technical work was great, but the service person left the car set on high heat, and it was a hot day when I picked up the car. Not having set the heat myself, I did not think the heat was on (I was driving) and assumed there was a problem. I returned to the dealer to learn what was 'wrong". Not a huge deal, but inconvenient.

Very friendly service advisor and no upselling of services. They diagnosed issue with my car and provided me with the cause. Since it was an intermittent issue and caused no harm, I was advised not to worry about replacing it now.
