Went to look around since I have never bought a Kia. When I told the sales person I was just looking and not interested in buying anytime soon, he did not say anything. He just walked away.
I have been a long time customer of Gossett Motors. I have purchased a corvette, jeep and just recently this year a 2015 Audi A3. The service department at Audi told me that I hit a pot hole with my wear tires knocking it out of alignment and causing both tires to prematurely wear down. They basically called me a liar when I told them that I have not hit a pot hole. The front of the car is not out of alignment. Horrible service avoid this place people don't even waste your time
They lied on their website. They listed a Mazda CX-5 for $17398 and when I went there they said that the price was $18398 When I told them that they have it listed on their website for $17398 the manager got mad at me and told me I shouldn't trust anything on the internet. I will NEVER do business with Gossett

RecommendedKia's salesman and sales manager told my daughter on Saturday that she qualified as a first time buyer for an Optima. Told her the payments and the down payment. Has her to drive the car home to return on Sunday to do paperwork. Sunday she was told they still could t do financing because banks were closed and she would have to come back Monday. We love our new Sorento it's the dealership we're having a problem with. Our salesman told us 1st service was on them, he even called several times to set up appointment. When arrived for service was told would cost $90.The manager,Joe Garcia, informed my wife know one at Gossett would have told us 1st service was free that is a service for Hyundai customers only. Oh did I mention our salesman was brand new very nice Hyundai salesman.
