I’m a first time buyer and this has been the worst experience! For starters your salesman doesn’t return your calls. Even when you email the business rep.,nothing! My call was finally returned after almost a week with an apology from a representative of Gossett Hyundai. I just wanted two questions answered. Now my drive out tags have expired and I can’t get to work!!!!!! What big car dealer takes more than a month to get you your tags? I told my husband not to turn into that car lot� Never again!
Well after searching the internet for the exact car I wanted we made the 2.5 hour drive to Gossett in Memphis. I've had many car buying experiences and this was by far the worst. The facilities are filthy. After three hours of signing papers we had to ask for a bottle of water. They tried to charge us for a missing floor mat. I've never experienced the level of unprofessional behavior I did today. Sales people don't show the customers the features of the new car. The managers do NOT back the employees! !!!!
This is my 2nd visit on my 2nd car at this dealership. I'm getting my 1st oil change on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata I purchased recently. I insisted on synthetic oil. The employee tried to charge me extra for the oil, since there's a price difference on synthetic oil. I had to remind him that my 1st oil change is free- per their own words!! After talking to their supervisor, they agreed. Hmmmm
They still haven't figured out how to fix my airconditoning. Very frustrating.
This place is a joke. I was told by a salesman they pay 2-3k over MSRP sticker so they have to add that back into the vehicle. I was then asked if I was a Mazda owner or military? I said no to both questions. Well sir, we have to add another thousand dollars to the price. We will give you x amount for your trade in, but we will then add that price back into the sales price also. Want to see numbers and break downs?
