We have a 2024 Hyundai Palisade that has been at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. It has around 6500 miles on it. It is kept in a garage, it has only been hand washed etc. I started hearing a knocking sound that turned into my steering wheel shaking and a horrible noise. I had my 3.grandchildren in the car with me and had to drop them off so someone else could take them the rest of the way home because I was concerned something might fall off of my vehicle (like a tire). I recommend you start with being honest about wait times and answering the phone when customers call about their vehicles in the service department. Then add in a little genuine respect and honesty instead of falsifying estimated pick up dates so that the customer can make financial plans on how they will be able to navigate life while their vehicle is being serviced. Worst customer service ever! I drove an hour and a half to a bunch of mess. Lauren told me to come and everything would be ready including the rental. Well I get there AND nothing was ready! No rental, no loaner car, and they tried to blame me for her mistakes. Bad business Gossett Hyundai. She was also eating pizza when she should have been helping me figure out the problem SHE CAUSED! We have found that during Covid the rental companies are having issues with their inventory of vehicles which is something that we as a dealership cannot control. It's a scam! You put people in the car that you want. You take advantage of people...especially women. In addition, I came in on March 5th, 2020 for my 1st free oil change. I was told my next oil change will be $59.95. I left. On March 11th 2020 my vehicle began to stall and the service engine soon light came on. I pulled over and checked my oil and there was none!!!! My car had NO OIL and my fluids have not been topped off. Needless to say that I am LIVID and I will be at your service department 1st thing this morning!!!!! ... read more

I did get better service at the Mazda dealership on Winchester. They even checked my check engine light for free w/o me asking. I know they were hoping I would come to them to fix it but I really appreciated not having the extra charge.

Ms Bray, we were somewhat confused by your review, so we made a call to the service advisor at Gwatney Mazda on Winchester to check to see if you were having any issues with your vehicle. He did confirm you came in with the headlight problem there which Gwatney replaced. Our customer history does show that we did replace an airbag recall in 2016, as well as an oil change for you. I hope your vehicle is running perfectly and that we can serve you in the future.

This is the first time that I have had something negative to say about Gossett, but I'm going to say it. In the book of things to have put on your car is the luggage racks for my Outlander Sport. They will install them for $140 bucks if you buy them there. All because my mom found the racks online through Mitsubishi for a cheaper price, now you guys don't want to put them on. And you send me elsewhere? That is crap. I will see about having them put on elsewhere and more than likely I will start doing EVERYTHING elsewhe... read more
