They’ve been very courteous I bought my first new car on my own and it was very easy. But within two weeks my window stop going up and down of course they’re fixing it. Major issue with me is they don’t have a loaner they don’t do that now how is people supposed to get back-and-forth to work and continue their lives when they don’t have any other way.. We understand your frustration with no loaners being available at the time of your service, as they were out with other customers.
