Just bought a Ford Escape after vacillating for a couple days on various models. Like any Ford dealer, very high prices. But the service department has always done a good job communicating with me, and work on my car is always done quicker than I expect.

This review is for the Subaru repair now under new Mackey ownership. Brought the Subaru in for a problem with the tires and an oil change that was due. They asked if the antifreeze had been changed/flushed under normal maintenance - the answer was no - so they recommended doing so. (Turns out that I should have looked at the manual - they did it at a mileage expressly NOT recommended in the manual). I have been taking my cars and trucks to Mackey Ford service department for years and have always been satisfied. I have never felt like I was being overcharged and the work has always been fantastic. The service coordinators are very good at their job and very patient! I actually bought my truck with a different dealership but still take it to be serviced here.

Recommend. I just purchased a Bronco that I ordered one year ago and I was pleased with the guys at Saratoga Ford. They treated me fairly and straight up. Delivery Specialist / Customer Service Rep "A" was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful; Finance Manager "F" was honest and clear, fairly presented the options like rust inhibiter, warranty, etc... and got me a better loan than I could with my own bank; Manager "S" followed up to resolve a question for Ford corporate. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I went in to buy a car and from the start it was an unprofessional environment. Nobody seemed to be bothered to help me and everyone was vaping. THEN I overheard the manager Scott make a racist comment about other customers in the store. I will NEVER be shopping here for a car. I advise you take your money else where.
