I was impressed with service at Honda el Cerrito. From making appointment with customer service Donna who took personal care going the extra mile passing along messages to my service person Freddie keeping my Honda Civic running new. Also, I appreciate getting my issue corrected without hesitation with Freddie. Moreover, my headlights I just noticed today 8/6 look great with Honda el Cerrito performing headlight restoration.
The service was professional and done on time. The people were professional and pleasant and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they don't have take-home and pick-up service, which the previous owner had.
