I recently took my Honda to SC for routine oil change, and I have to say, my experience was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the service advisor Mr. Jeric Vergara greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. He took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about my vehicle and the specific services it needed. After the service was completed, the advisor walked me through what had been done. Highly recommended!
El Cerrito Honda always do an outstanding job.
Mel was very clear in his communication about cost and extent of servicing upfront. I trust the service people at Honda because they have been long standing employees and we have been going there forever. I do think the cost of servicing is quite high but may be in line with other costs so am not that surprised.
