2/4/17 I had a great car buying experience here!! Janice, JR and Victor made all my anxiety subside right away. The last thing I wanted to do was purchase a car this year but it had to be done. I came in with a car to trade in that was not in very good condition. They were able to give me the maximum value possible and help me purchase the car I really wanted. I love all the people at Honda ElCerrito....but today my tire light came on...I knew busy Saturday I will have to wait (which would not have been a problem). I was moved to the side and told that someone would help me. Cameron came was so sweet and helpful....I told him I was sorry and knew how busy they were. His response was thats what we are here for....no problem....anytime. I just want to let you know what a helpful employee that you have....Thank you Cameron....
