When I made my 11:00 am appointment on a Saturday for an oil change I wasn't told that the technicians lunch from 12-1:00pm. I didn't have time to wait but Freddie the Assistant Service Manager was able to get my car in promptly and done in record time. Thank you Freddie!!!! I was also checked in by Andrew in the Service Department. Andrew has helped me before & he is always professional and thoughtful. Thank you Andrew!!!

Jeric Vergara did good in my car. He made sure everything runs good in my car plus gave me a complimentary car wash which i really appreciate. I hope he take care my car the next time i go.

Follow up service is extremely important in any vehicle purchase. For that I give El-Cerrito Honda the best rating since 2011 purchasing my CRV from them. What should be improved is to extend the shuttle ride a extra mile. That is to your benefit as well . Secondly I expected a detailing finish job considering work done. Honda El-Cerrito has gone down a few notches in those two areas mentioned. Per my previous work the car was dirty and no visible detailing , i mean at minimum was given.
