Door Latch Issue Driver's side door would not unlock/open from inside or outside. Arriving at the service center, I was greeted cordially and when I asked to see the service manager, one of the gentlemen immediately offered to be of assistance. After listening to my issue, he stated he would have it taken care of. Within an hour the problem was solved!

recall service Kia recalled our KIA and fixed the problem. The service department was ready to help. While we waited for the car Jim showed us the 2019 models and their updates ( he was very nice).

Maintenance needed oil change and wheel alignment....appointment at 1:30pm, got their 1:10pm, they took me in at 1:20pm,I was out the door by 2:25pm...priced comparable to other auto maintenance businesses using advertised coupons and loyalty discounts....

Oil change n tire rotation Everything went so smoothly, I also had my grandson with me n he was able to get a snack, use bathroom and everything was clean, I didn’t have to worry about his health or safety and time frame was good also

Satisfied This was my second time here and they make me feel right at home, Mike Zelenko is very nice and helpful and easy to talk to. They are very prompt, I arrived early and the tune up was done before my appointed time.

Daytona Kia has set the Gold Standard for service! My 2018 Kia (nicknamed "The Alien") had it 7500 mile check-up this week. I waited for the service as I work from home and took my laptop with me to finish-up a project. I was in and out of the dealership in less time than anticipated ---- didn't even finish my complimentary coffee (I did get a little work done!).
