Excellent customer care Took my vehicle to get serviced and I was immediately greeted by Mr. Mike Zelenko, He went over with me what was being done, the cost and how long it was going to take. He offered complimentary coffee and snacks, gave me a internet access code to use. I needed to go back to work and he had Mr. Chris Dupont a very pleasant young man drive me. The experience was a great one and my vehicle was ready when he said it would be.

wonderful experience John Mudge was a fantastic salesmen made the experience painless. Staff responded immediately on arrival, communicated exactly what was being done during this periodic maintenance and how long it would take, and did exactly what they said they would do. Snacks and drinks were available free of charge and the waiting area has comfortable furnishings.

stress free 1st when we pulled in, we weren't surrounded by salesmen. John greeted us, was very calm and patient helping us find the right vehicle. Everyone was polite plus smiled when they helped. I wish I knew our financial advisers name as he was very good at explaining everything.

awesome Mike is an outstanding Rep. for your company. I keep coming back to him because he is on point, courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating to my needs and answers all my concerns promptly and always with a great sense of humor and a smile!! Scheduled maintenance Mike, our service provided, met us as soon as we arrived for our scheduled appointment for oil change and rotation, He has assisted us several times before and recalls our previous meetings and discussions we had back in June. The maintenance took just over an hour which included a car wash. Mike keep us informed of the status of the work. Our car was washed and dried; a service we really appreciate!
