Very polite staffs Everyone is very polite fast service answered all my questions I will recommend service to my friends service at this Kia is very pleasant I been tol st Augusine and not very friendly

Oil change, alignment, balance rotate tires, breaks Randy was so wonderful! He really cared about getting my car working and driving correctly to keep my family safe. He explained everything clearly. He was honest and straight forward, he let us know how much things would cost upfront and what needed to be done to extend the life of our tires, parts etc .... I'm very pleased. A part ended up breaking while taking the tires off, because it was previously overtightened. But Randy took care of it and fixed everything.

Oil change and recall I have always had a good experience with the service department. Everyone I had contact with were very professional and provided Quality Customer Service. Also you can not beat the free car wash, coffee, and snacks.

Checked a tire for leak Checked my tire as I thought I had a leak somewhere. Even though I had no appointment, they got the checkup done very quickly. I have more faith in this dealership than any others, as they were very honest and didn't charge me for this visit as they could find no leak. They could have done something dishonest, and they did not! I'm quite happy with this visit, thank you!

Best customer service in FL!! Stop going from place to place looking for a decent auto service and stop by Kia in Daytona.. Ask for Mike Zelenko and I promise you’ll experience a new level of customer service!! Free WI-FI and a whole lot of snacks to choose from.. Sales was excellent Dealer went out of their way to get me into the car I was looking at. Service was excellent and car was clean when delivered for inspection. Brian went out of his way to demonstrate capabilities of car.
