They made it happen! Carl greeted us when we arrived at Daytona Kia, he was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. I told him what I want, everything I’m looking for and he showed me what he had with no pressuring or trying to get me to look at anything outside of what I specifically told him. What a pleasure to deal with Daytona Kia After some trying experiences working with other dealerships, even a local one, Daytona Kia was a pleasure to work with. Entire deal was done over the phone and email, as I live 225 miles away. Dino was excellent to work with. He stayed in contact with me as the deal was delayed, having to travel away for business for two weeks. THE Place to Buy Your Next Car! I was so impressed with this dealership! They have the biggest selection of used KIA's I have seen. The pre-owned cars were top quality complete with new tires and new carmats, too. They helped us find just the right car for my mom at a really good price. My salesperson, Brian, was engaging, informative, honest, and very helpful in negotiating our great deal. Very prompt, professional, friendly, and informative. Randy my service advisor was very helpful and answered all my questions. The waiting room was well stocked with drinks and snacks which my advisor made a point of telling me about them. He told me the correct length of time for service and was actually done quicker. The advisor went over service and explained everything. Other than paying fir something that should have been a recall the experience was quite painless.

Always impressed with their customer service I had received notice regarding a recall, computer update and scheduled an appointment. It was estimated to last an hour. As soon as I arrived, I was in good hands with Randy. He explained the reason for the recall, the correction and a lifetime warranty for it. I was taken on time and the job was finished in 50 minutes and included a car wash. Randy escorted me to my car and again reviewed the paperwork and made sure I understood it Thanks, Randy!
