Eric went above and beyond. We are quite far from Daytona Kia and Eric made sure we never stepped foot in the dealership. Not only did he bring us our car and paperwork, but he made a second trip the same day to bring us back paperwork that was missed the first trip.

This dealer continues to provide excellent service for my KIA Sorento. I had a four wheel alignment performed. Auto drive dead straight. Its great. While I was there, my advisor Chris Veniga advised me of a new KIA recall on the ABS system. Service people checked my ABS, everything was fine. This is a good Dealer to work with. The service at Daytona Kia is always great. I've been dealing with them for over 10 years and never had a problem with the service. They are always friendly & go the extra step to make sure everything is taken care of & if I have a question about how do I do something in the car they show me how to do it. You don't get service like that elsewhere.
Great service. I was concerned because only one employee was wearing a mask. Until the pandemic is over, it makes sense to take the precaution of helping to keep others safe.
I brought vehicle in for oil change and some warranty work. Although I have 3 years of free oil changes I only have 5700 miles on the vehicle after one year and bought with 3900 miles. I requested full synthetic and the service writer indicated I could pay difference between the semi synthetic and full synthetic . He said semi synthetic would give me an allowance of $22 so difference was $59 which I agreed to pay even though I had told him vehicle only used on weekend and would not be putting many miles on it couldn't they a... read more
