My year old Forte had an ac issue.It was puzzling to me how this could happen in a new vehicle. Chris assured me they would find the problem.
Gail is very accommodating and professional. She is knowledgeable and understood my needs. She followed up with me when the new Sorrento arrived but is was months too late so I leased a different vehicle.
Sometimes they don't pick up the phone and you have to call back. Figured out some non-standard problems the car had without any problem. Identified a repair that was covered by warranty.
Was treated fairly at dealership. People was kind and courteous. Salesman was knowledgeable about numbers and car. Getting to my lowest offer took a little long.
I've been going there since 2013 and have never had a problem with the service. The staff is always very accommodating and very professional.
Experience great and Dino made sure I was well taken care of. There was a closer dealer to me but going to Daytona Kia was worth the drive
I recently bought a Kia Niro PHEV. We love the car but had an incident. The car was dead after we went to a Theme park in Orlando. We had to call a tow and the driver was able to 'jump' start the car so we didn't have to get a room overnight. I brought it to Daytona Kia. The people couldn't be nicer. Very polite and understanding. However, I still have no explanation as to why this car (which had bee driven 90 miles in Hybrid Mode) went completely dead.
