Did not go to dealership. Did everything by phone. Good experience overall. Liked negotiations and purchase price was fair. Delivered the car I purchased to my home. Great salesperson. Extremely unhappy with options missing on supposedly full full top of the line car.

Always a nice experience. My service guy Chris was helpful and kept me informed. He immediately welcomed me and was thorough about the maintenance for my vehicle.
They identified that a repair was covered by warranty and therefore it could be done at no charge to me. A part had to be ordered, so I had to come back.

I have been shopping around for a car and I was just looking around. I was not going to buy the car right away but they found me the right car and Eric was so successful to get me the deal I wanted that I had to buy the car I was looking for. I must tell you guys if you want to have a great experience while trying to get a nice car these people have it all. Don't go around to cheap used car dealers "this is the place you need to go."
