Did not vacuum car as requested and reset oil light. But did recalls and oil change.

It took almost 3 1/2 hours to look at engine light to figure out I needed new gas cap. I had a 910 appointment. Not very friendly or helpful. Finally a young man helped to figure out if my car was done yet and got it for me. Service is nothing like it used to be there at kia
The service staff is great. However I was told the part for my air conditioner because my air conditioner is broken is on back order and may not be in for a couple of weeks or a couple of months nobody really knew. I understand that there is a supply chain issue in the country but this is a little crazy and frustrating to have no air-conditioning in Florida for the upcoming summer type conditions.
