Doug was very polite and professional. I was kept informed about my car before anything was done.
I went in for both basic services and an alignment issue. We did not have enough time for the latter, but all went went. Will just have to reschedule.

The people are always friendly and helpful. In 2016 I had gone to DeLand Kia and felt so pressured that I walked out. December 2017 I tried Daytona Kia and felt like I was dealing with family.
Great people, competent service and no fuss service department. Would highly recommend this location and service department to anyone.
Was not the best experience they said my car would be ready and it wasn’t and then they gave somebody else a ride before May and they knew I was waiting I don’t like that
Reception, initial inspection, courtesy,thorough , advised of issues identified and offered service to repair, prompt, on time . All and all excellent service.
A little slow. Told me my car would be ready by the time I returned to dealership. Had to wait almost 1/2 he. Tried to charge me a different amount vs what was previously discussed for package price.
