He was not abrasive with his customer service and was very down to earth and listened to my wants and needs. No pressure buying which I liked. .y experience is complex. The sales person , cameron doty, who assisted us is great. He is ver knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. However, the guy who assisted us in having us sign the documents was very deceitful. He did not give us the chance to read the documents nor explain the contents of the papers to the extent that we signed receiving the unit even if the unit was not seen nor available yet for the physical presence which is still going to be available in the dealership after a week.
