They are very courteous. Kia tries to keep you with your appointment time as closest possible. When we come in for service, they don’t try to sell us a service we go in for one where there for and that’s what they do.
The whole team was awesome they welcomed me and had me laughing from the time I got there to the time I left. Especially my sales people Bob and Rolando very good people and o would recommend them to anyone. Love y’all
I I went to get my tires balanced and they also told me there was another upgrade that could be done which would deal with the ignition lock so that your car could be stolen. At the end of the service the service writer came out so they could apply it to my car because I was out of warranty by one week so I missed it by one week. The next week when I got home I received a letter from Kia dated February 3 stating that my car was eligible for this software upgrade and it’s free of charge for the next 18 months.
