It takes a long time for them to get your car taken care of. Lobby could offer a little more comforts of home if they want you to wait for over two hours.
I went to find cause of "dead play" in the steering wheel of my 2012 Sedona. Despite paying $139 for "diagnosis", cause was not discovered. I paid for wheel alignment ant tire balance and rotation which did not cure the problem; these essentially were "experiments". I'll have to go to my private mechanic.
