When I got there to the dealership, I was taken right in and it did not take as long as they previously thought it would.

Overall good experience. Thankfully went on President’s Day. Word requirement has been made now.
Service department was good but sales and finance department was lousy. The sales and finance department will say anything to sell the vehicle but can’t be trusted.
This dealership has no organization plan. If the person you are to deal with isn't there, you're out of luck. If you don't know who to contact, you're out of luck. If your waiting for a call, don't hold your breath.
