Luis and Gabby were so patient with me, I bought a Sorento , but I couldn’t afford it, I called the dealership and was told to bring it back and they would help me get another vehicle but cheaper price ( Jimmy and Mike ) I love my new Sportage S thanks to the team at Daytona Kia they did Great :)

Fantastic customer service, quickly resolved all my problems at a fair price. Would recommend this service department to anyone need of auto repairs.
Took possession of my brand new 2024, Kia telluride, and on the way home the vehicle was acting radically with cruise control, and ability to accelerate. Service advisor Jason Rapp was very helpful and worked hard to get the problem resolved but after five days and two trips back, they replaced the instrument cluster to correct the problem. Not the experience I wanted after purchasing a brand new vehicle.
