This is the second vehicle we got at this dealership. We traded in our Stinger GT2 for an EV6. And, since we were totally new to the all electric world of cars, Luis Nevarez took his time explaining the features and had me take it out for a test drive. He also handled the "wheeling and dealing" which goes with trading in and I must say we were impressed with his friendly, no hassle and no pressure dealing like we've encountered at other dealerships. Fast and comfortable The waiting area was comfortable and relaxing with access to snacks and the service was done faster then expected
Prompt and reactive Jason does a great job. The dealership is always able to get us in quickly.
Every time I come it's always a warm and welcoming experience. This time was an emergency. I needed a new tire and Jason took me right away. I absolutely love the dealership!
Chris was very professional from the beginning, I've been knowing Chris from quite awhile now since back when I used to get my 2019 Optima serviced, back then he wasn't a service advisor, he was the one to greet you and send you to a serviceadvisor. To see him now being promoted to a service advisor I must say JOB WELL DONE CHRIS!!, Kia! great job at recognizing and rewarding great employees like Chris, this let's me know you care.
