I was not extremely happy with the person that took the information at the service center. He was not the most pleasant person to deal with. But at the end of experience my Kia was fixed without any issues.
First oil change, band snapped on the filter and had to be towed in. Had a problem with the trunk, car has been in 3 times to fix it. Not fixed, but other problems were delt with. Trunk trim is still melted. Gave me $20 off my next oil change. It should be free. I never complain, but it's awful I've not left with more problems, even ONCE
better monitoring is needed in the service pick up area. Paperwork was dropped off at a desk where the employee had gone to lunch and so I was delayed.
