Never ever shop here. They offer you a price and then back down on it. Not to mention that their price is higher than most dealerships around. All they were interested in doing was pushing the used certified car vs the new 2020 Honda. Supposedly you couldn’t test drive the 2020 Honda because it wasn’t checked or something foolish like that. Never mind the slogan, shop us last. It should be shop us never!!

if somoeone makes an appointment, Commonwealth Honda will make you wait for service. I waited an hour and a half and counting for an oil change when I had an appointment. Service here sucks
I am so disappointed with my experience here. “Shop us never again, you’ll be glad” should be their slogan.
They always forget to call me when me car is ready from service. My only complaint after being with them for 7 yrs.
I arrived at 3:38 for an oil change they close at 4. They refused to to take me for an oil change. My car had 5% Oil left. He told me to come back Tuesday...
Seriously two hours for an oil change and I'm still here. Never again.
Went to commonwealth to buy a $9000 Honda accord with$3500 down and was told that I could not get finance but they were wiling to finance me on a new car ..wow for such a huge dealership they really did not even try..
