Transparency and communication is not their strong suit especially the service manager Robert. As a consumer and once valued customer I have never felt so defeated, leaving my car to be fixed at commonwealth for over a week to pick it up with nothing being fixed. Kept getting the runaround to what may be wrong with our car but never a straight forward answer to what is wrong with it. Today my daughter went to commonwealth after 5 visits with her AC not working. The repaired a few recalls to the condenser but will not repair the evaporator that is causing issues probably due to the faulty condenser. Wanted to charge her $2800!!! She then asked to file a claim with Honda Corporate they told her she needed to file the claim??? So odd so she calls and they tell her the dealer needs to file it. Something stinks with this dealership but we will get to the bottom of it… I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Extremely overpriced! Salesperson said he would call me when a part came in and he never called. I wasted my money and a week later my car was totaled!

I would not recommend because of the lack of communication between saleswoman Jane and the service department. Shaun Berryman, the manager is also a loose cannon that cannot control his emotions. He said my time was not valuable and that I would either wait or go and he was going to do nothing about it. He also gave me his business card so I can make sure to spell his name correctly. It seemed like the typical bait and switch tactic. We live 3 hours away so travel to the Honda dealership was time consuming. We brought our trade in car and arranged for purchase of a new vehicle. We had all of the paperwork in order and we agreed on the purchase price and the amount of the trade in. They did not have a vehicle on the lot so we had to wait two months until the vehicle was assembled and delivered to the dealership. We travel to the dealership and then the oh by the way started.
