Not as good as my dealership in CT. But since I have moved to MI, I go to Cole for everything my Nissan needs. In CT, any type of service you get done, they always vacuum out the entire inside of your vehicle and clean it and wash it. That I miss because I do not get that at Cole but overall, still a good dealership.

Took my ‘20 Murano in for a knocking noise coming from the front wheels. I had taken a video so they could listen to what I was hearing. I took it over the day before bc I work & can’t get over there in the middle of the day. Anyway, they drove it around the parking lot & said you have a rock in between the brake & rotor. Took my 2017 Murano, 51K miles, to service shop on 27 July, spoke with mark at service desk. I described the problem as coming from the front end, a variety of sounds, squeaking, grinding, rubbing, bumping going over bumps in road, squealing. He made an appointment for vehicle on 29 July, 1030am. Dropped it off the night before. At 130pm on appointment day, I had not heard from mark. So I drove to dealership, mark was at lunch. I told service writer I wanted an oil change, tires rotated and battery changed in my remote starter, he said ok and took my keys. I waited about 30 mins and he came and told me I was ready. I asked him if he changed my battery, and he said no, but it would only take a minute, he left and returned a few mins later, I didn't ask about the tire rotation because what I was charged I thought it had been done. after leaving I looked at my invoice and tires had not been rotated. Funny how post get deleted so they can boost their stars. I had to file a claim today against this dealership snd the service department with Nissan. Mark, at the service desk is rude! Told me my first trip that he couldn’t and wouldn’t help me. Technicians are not helpful and act like they don’t want to permanently fix the problem! I’ve had my wife’s 2019 pathfinder there 3 times over the back hatch not working snd nothing had helped! Was told today they would check the codes but other than that they couldn’t help. My name is Clint Stacy. An I wouldn’t take my Vehicle to cole Nissan to be worked on. I took my 2010 Nissan Armada there in the summer to have some Suspension work done And they kept the vehicle for close to three months and charge me close to $3000 to fix it. The day we pick the vehicle up we had to take it back the next day because the air ride suspension wasn’t working, they told me that I needed to replace the sensor to the air compressor an I did And it cost $200 and 100 for them to put it in.
