RecommendedI wanted to thank Jerry and Cole Nissan for the great care they took of my wife and her car. My wife while on her way from NC to Kentucky had her transmission go out. Jerry got her right in spent lord know how much time on the phone working with the company that has our extended warranty to make sure all we paid was the deductible. Got her in a rental car so she could continue her trip. From the time they got the car until they finished the work was less than a week and that includes New Year's Eve and New Years day. RecommendedAfter having my car serviced, I drove through car lot to see new model Rogue. Rep came quickly to offer any assistance with questions. She offered me an opportunity to test drive the car and I did. Love the new model. My questions were answered and sales information was given. Expected loyalty since my present car was purchased and serviced there over the last 7 years. I believe I was given the best possible price and assistance.
