Great buying experience! Almost all communication was done before I ever came into the dealership and no surprises when i got there. The level of customer service is some of the best I have encountered. They worked with my budget concerns and helped me choose the finance plan that worked best for me and my family. Sales rep Jay Mort and Finance director Patrick Chaban made the most expensive vehicle purchase of my life an easy and comfortable 3 hour visit.

Very quick and efficient, Going in I assumed it was going to be an all day event as it has been with other dealerships in the past. Few short hours start to finish. My payments are a little more than I had originally wanted but still doable nonetheless! Over all great experience with everyone I came in contact with. Would recommend Coast Buick GMC over any other dealership!
The dealership is clean and comfortable. Good snacks and beverages for the customers. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our sales person was Jay and he explained everything very clearly. He took his time and explained all the features of our new vehicle. It is a pleasure doing business with Coast Buick/GMC.

Everything from the original vehicle order process, thru the red carpet delivery was a 10 out of 10. Paige kept me updated throughout the build right up and thru delivery. I highly recommend both Paige Wellman and Coast Buick GMC.
