Carlos was extremely helpful. From looking at incoming inventory to searching nearby dealer options he was committed to selling us a vehicle. Ultimately, because he was actually listening to me as a customer, he suggested I look at a 2024 GMC 2500 HD Denali Ultimate that was in stock. Unsure if it would fit in the garage of our new home, Carlos offered to drive with us to make sure it would. Thankfully for Carlos and for us it did. I would hire this guy in a split second.
