Jay was outstanding and very respectful! He went out of his way to make sure we left satisfied with our purchase. The negative part of this transaction was during the finance stage. I’m not sure that I received the best interest rate despite having told them I had other avenues available. Also, I felt very pressured to purchase the extended warranty, which I did but ended up with an additional year of financing. I was feeling very ill and at that point just wanted to get out of there.
