Great Service! Chris worked with me extensively on getting me a great deal on my new Mercedes! In the beginning we had to work out an agreement on the numbers to get me at the price I wanted. Hector took great care of our 15 year old RX8. When you drive a 15 year old Mazda sports car with a rotary engine and many other unique features there aren't many places that can diagnose or repair them. Hector has worked with me to resolve two problems perfectly and a 3rd (involving a dirty rat) I didn't even know about but was certainly happy to remedy. Our experience buying a car from Ed Morse Auto Plaza Chris Sims did a great job at taking care of us while purchasing a vehicle....what delayed the process was us being able to get USAA insurance to forward the proper documentation...we were taken care of in the meantime by Chris and his great people skills....good car shopping experience while fully entertained
