Service The service department was prompt with my service needs. My appointment was with Cathy but Bill got me started and checked in and Cathy took over when it was done and got me finished up and on my way. As always though anytime I come in and my sales guy, Sal, is there he always checks in with me to make sure everything is going okay with my Enclave and lets me know that if there is anything I need (while I'm there or anytime) to just let him know. He's the best!

Starting Problrm Was having occasional trouble starting the vehicle as the remote key wasn't being detected. Diagnosed as a low key battery. Replaced battery. No charge due to warrantee.
