Took my 18 Sorento in for an issue with the brakes. Right out of the gate the service advisor tells me the problem may not be covered under warranty?? They take the car and call me after awhile and tell me the front rotors are warped at 28,000 miles. And that the rotors are a wear item and only covered for 12,000 miles. i felt they should have been covered and asked to speak to a regional rep which was flatly refused. By far the worst customer service I have ever felt with from any company. You call and everyone you speak to is rude. Pressured into a car that I ended up hating just a couple months later. They said an oil change would be included with the car and when we called to get the oil change they made a big deal about it. Will never go there again and would never recommend. Huge mistake going there on my part. Felt rushed and treated like crap. If I didn’t need a car so bad I wouldn’t have got this one

About a month ago we purchased two vehicles from Bob Sight Kia of Independence. Our sales associate was great and we left happy with extended warranties on both vehicles. Two weeks later we heard a weird clunking on our van. We first took it to our family mechanic and he stated all 4 struts needed to be replaced. We gave Bob Sight the benefit of the doubt that maybe it slipped through service and took the van straight in. The service manager said the struts were fine but replaced stabilizer links. I do not recommend this place, everything felt right because that’s car salesman way of screwing u over ! Which they did, pat me on my shoulder as they jam the knife in your back.. typical car salesman! The sales manager definitely tried to distract as I was signing away! Read your fine print folks and don’t take their kind words to heart cause they don’t care about u!!! 1,000 I was ripped off when I was promised another amount ! And signed an agreement to buy at the right price!!!

Rip off artist point blank prices are double other dealers! Made me buy synthetic when it was not required just to get you back sooner.Told me it was required by KIA any KIA is not required to have synthetic Thanks Jack trusted you guys!You walk into service office and half the time people will not acknowledge you are there.Scratches on your car are want them removed some guy shows up in the parking lot once a week real good!Glad i found a real KIA dealership that truley cares about customers more than cigarettes and coffee... read more
