RecommendedMy wife bought a new Optima here in 2011. Negotiations were easy. She has had all her oil changes here. Service dept. is very good. All employees we've encountered have been courteous & helpful. In my opinion, the Optima is the best value sedan at that price point. Normally I despise dealerships. However, this dealer is an exception and I highly recommend.

They are a great place to do business with and as always Matt was the man to make everything go smoothly for us from start to finish. We will go back again in the future. Wouldn’t leave ONE star! This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. My car has been there since the end of July—nearly three months—and it’s still not repaired. I was never told the part was on backorder, and after contacting my warranty company, I found out the part was actually available when the repair was approved in late August/early September. My friends review since they won’t post hers. “I had the most disturbing and unprofessional interaction with a man named Mike from Bob Sight Kia at the independence location. My grandfather had done most of the business negotiation and i thought i was just going to sign off on last minute paper work. One of the ways they could improve is to not sell lemons with known engine issues. Disclosing class action lawsuits would be another way they could improve.
