Service department was terrible to deal with. They ordered part, called and said it was in then when i got there it was missing. Had nothing but issues with my vehicle so I got rid of it within 4 months.

Very disappointed. Not only did they delivery my title paperwork so late that it cost me an extra $120 in fees to register my car with the state but then they were completely unapologetic. Never once even saying sorry instead saying I should be thankful for the price I paid even after I reached out ever level of management up to the general manager with the last name of Sight. To make it all worse the salesman stuck a QR Code for his personal snap chat inside the had door of my 18 year old daughters new car. To use her w... read more

Awful. We were on vaca and they kept calling us saying we didn’t provide full documentation and said they would repo the car if they didn’t get it within a few days. Their customer service was horrible. Their negligence and lack of listening caused us massive panic. I will never be going back.
If I could give a zero I would. This will be a long post. We ordered a KIA Telluride exactly how we wanted it in March. Fast forward four months and our Telluride arrived, There were 7 upgrades missing and so we asked to speak to the Manager. This dude came over and the first thing out of his mouth was “you don’t have to buy it if you don’t want it” no I’m sorry, no we can work something out and the said it was our sales persons fault because he didn’t explain to us what we order and put a down payment on May not be what we ... read more
This was the only shop I would take my Kia Optima to since I purchased it, but due to the changes I’ve noticed over the past year, I have decided today was my last time seeking service at this location. In the past, the service workers seemed happier and more willing to actually help. Lately I’ve received too many “I don’t know” responses and when it comes to my vehicle, that’s not acceptable. I hope y’all get it together for the sake of your current and future customers.

The service department is very disappointing. I drove my car In. For a diagnostic test. They told me nothing was wrong with my car. I insisted there was a miss. It took them four days to find the miss. For the next six weeks they could not decide what was wrong. Then stated it needed a new motor for 6500.00. I ask if it was still drivable. Service manger stated yes. I go to pick it up. The motor knocked so loud I could here if before I seen it. The car would not even idle. I tell the service guy. How can it be drivable when ... read more

We called and spoke to Bryan Buehler about a car on the pre owned lot and he told us to come in and he’d let us take the car home for the day. I told him I was waking my baby from his nap and would be right over. I drove 45 minutes with a tired and hungry baby with the intent of buying this car just to be told upon getting there that Brian told another couple after speaking to me to come on over and take the car and he sold it to them. Did not call me to tell me. He let me drive 45 minutes from Harrisonville to find out myse... read more

bought a Kia forte here. The experience was great at first. Our salesman Matt seemed great. We got the car home and realized the a light low in the bumper was broken. Called Matt they had us bring it up the next day to fix. We were told that they would have to order a part and that they'd call us when it was in. Then suddenly they said no... They've fixed it. Well... Turned out that actually glued the light in. It lasted a week before falling apart again. Then, maybe a month later and very few miles on the car, it had a tire... read more

Sabrena was our sales person. Found 2021 black telluride. Traded in our 2014 Honda for a fair price. Bought the telluride on 12-26-2020. Reportedly, telluride was brought to Missouri without paperwork needed for us to take to the Secretary of State to pay for sales tax. It is 1/25/2021 and still no paperwork. With all the emails, faxes, Scanners and old fashion fed ex, the paperwork we need is apparently still in New York. The dealer should not have sold us the car if the paperwork was not in the Same state as the car. This ... read more
