Still dealing with check engine light on same code still not fixed and was told today this was the last time they are going to try and fixed it. Only put a new battery in and cleaned filters by fuel tank and new gas cap . But we was told after service manager cussed us out by higher up they would not stop till it’s fixed .. but we will see if it gets fixed today putting new fuel Canister on it

Bought my Honda CRV Touring addition there. Have had nothing but horrible customer service with service department! Called today from out of town. Just needed someone from service to get on the phone because we was stuck in a parking lot and couldn’t get the car to go into park! The Lady said sorry no one available…. My husband explained lady we are out of town on vacation we just need to see what else we can try. Called a TN Honda dealer they said your shifter is broke its been recalled in 2019! SO…I TRADED MY CAR OFF !! I would not suggest anyone else go here !! I was not happy with the car I bought… so I called and got transferred!! Left several messages and finally after several days of my trade. Bill.. the manager calls me back and says there’s nothing he can do ! I said you mean you won’t do?? He said no can’t do for you at this time! By the way ! My car hadn’t been paid for yet ! So I said since that is the case ! I want my vehicle back !!Maybe in 6 months time he said ! ! what a joke. Bought a car there a couple of years ago and altornator went out and they wanna look at before they determine if it's covered by warranty and if not charge me for it. yeah that's a damn scam.

Do the math before you buy from here. I was trying to buy a new CRV from there. Sticker was 33,000. They tried charging me $3000 over sticker price. And were trying to tell me my payments would be in the $780’s for a $36,000 vehicle at 6% interest for 72 months. Sad part is they take advantage of people like this everyday because a lot of people don’t know any better. I don’t take kindly to trying to be taken advantage of. the service department gave me the wrong part for my accord even after I expressed concern over thinking it was the wrong one. guy at the counter was lazy and didnt want to deal with It. will buy parts elsewhere...

Bought a 2014 Ford Focus. Had a 1 year warranty. 9 months after I bought it, my transmission started going out. Bill Cole said it’s magically not covered on my warranty. They wanted $1500 to fix it. Never buy from Bill Cole. I’m still paying off this car that barely runs.
