I will never shop again at Bill Cole Honda. Just beware the warranty they sell you won't cover anything if they can make it look like its your fault. Never thought after paying over 50,000 for a new vehicle that we would already be paying 900.00 to have something fixed that they blamed us for causing. After having other mechanics confirm that it was a faulty part we will never ever buy another vehicle or recommend them. We have a 2023 Odyssey we bought new at Bill Cole and it seems there is always a misunderstanding between what both me and my wife hear and what they say they said! First we settled on a price with the sales manager while the van was on order and waited a month for it to come in and that was okay. However, when we went to pick it up the price had changed from what we agreed on! The salesman had added an extended warranty without asking and that jacked up the price.
