Bad experience. 🙀 Glad we walked away. I wasn’t about to let my son on his first buying experience spend his hard earned money ($51,000, after financing & that was including his $10,000 cash down payment ). Shame on you. But he’s happy now! He found what he wanted just down the road, better deal, better service. Worked with us every step of the way. He just wrote them a check. My daughter and her boyfriend was there last week. He tried to finance a truck, he didn’t have the credit!! The lady running his credit tried to convince my daughter to co-sign in front of her boyfriend. She tried convincing my daughter that it would help her credit. I guess some people will do anything to make a sale. We will never purchase a vehicle from bill Cole again!!!!

They have poor interoffice communication. This is the second time in a span of 7 months they have blown my phone up between voicemails and multiple emails and multiple phone calls from different people, about trading my car in and how they need my car so bad.
