While I personally had a good experience purchasing a used vehicle a few years ago. Coles has taken advantage of my parents twice! What gives when an older customer on a fixed income tells you what their budget is and ya talk fast and promise them one thing and send them out the door with another?!?!? What happened to LISTEN to the customer? And when Coles was called within 3 days of the deal you had nothing to offer? Sadly disappointed in Coles !!!
