Do not do business with this company! Had my vehicle taken to there garage after an accident. Picked my vehicle up and broke down within a mile of the garage. I called as soon as it broke down spoke with garage manager on the phone, told him I was on my way back to get my refund and wanted to speak with him in person, I show up and he's in his personal vehicle trying to leave before I get there.

It’s pretty said when you purchase a new vehicle from a dealership they tell you one thing while purchasing and then another when getting it serviced. Very disappointed in the customer service! It’s another thing when you have purchased several vehicles from them and the service keeps deteriorating.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I tool my truck and my car into here wanting to trade them in to get one payment. The sales man showed me a nissan altima . ok very nice msrp price was over 39k ! I kept telling him i did not want to pay sticker price because i know a vehicle is going to lose value as soon as you drive it off. He kept reassuring me i was not paying sticker price and so on . either way i walked out of there oweing 44k dollars. I take it back a week later I'm not happy with the car. Like a previous poster I had my vehicle listed for sale. One of their salesman contacted me and said they’d be very interested in purchasing it. I live a little over an hour away but had a vet appointment in Princeton so agreed to swing by. My car was a 2012 Camaro SS convertible in excellent condition and just turned 20K miles on the trip up. I too told the salesman the minimum I would take which was on the low end of trade in. While I personally had a good experience purchasing a used vehicle a few years ago. Coles has taken advantage of my parents twice! What gives when an older customer on a fixed income tells you what their budget is and ya talk fast and promise them one thing and send them out the door with another?!?!? What happened to LISTEN to the customer? And when Coles was called within 3 days of the deal you had nothing to offer? Sadly disappointed in Coles !!!

I would not go to this company for any services. The location in Ashland, Ky. On Greenup Avenue charged me over $1300 in parts and labor only to make more things wrong. The manager over service refuses to speak to me to even listen to my discretions about my service repairs and experience. He keeps forwarding the messages on along to the local service manager. Not impressed. Couldn’t work a deal and then when I sent an email questioning a price on line to what they told us in person I received an email in return in all caps and telling us they offered us a lower price. No you didn’t. You didn’t budge on the price and NEVER told us a lower price. They lied through their teeth! Since purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Would never recommend this dealership or ever go back there

Service to change oil was quick and they were very friendly. But when I asked something about a scratch and warrenty i bought when we purchased car. Said it didnt cover it. Oh My Husband isnt Happy. He's going to look over the purchase and give them a call. Our Sales Person TOLD US IT COVERS SCRATCHES.
