I would NOT recommend this place at all . My husband and I went there on a Friday stayed there from 3-7 in hopes of making a deal and they kept giving us false hope on a car and then one of the dealers call my husband on that Saturday to come back up there on Sunday that they had something worked out so we went and that person didn’t even show his face that day . Buying our car was a great experience. However, the service department is rude and condescending! We’ve had nothing but trouble with them from the very first time. Took 3 times to order the correct SD card for the navigation and was told today they wouldn’t look at my wife’s car. Back hatch had been giving us trouble. But was told if it was working today they couldn’t do anything. After I didn’t back down they took it and did find something wrong. This service department is a joke!
When I purchased from them they “lost” my contract and refused to let me look over it. But told me my payment would stay the same but some how squeezed $9,995 into it. Don’t recommend at all

I do not recommend this place. I was also contacted about my vehicle and was told it would be worth the drive to make our two hour trip. My husband and I were asked to come in on a Sunday and we did. After we got there they took all of our information and we were told nothing could be done since it was a Sunday afternoon. Took my mom to look at a 2017 Ford Edge today it was listed on there webpage for 28,915 after there discounts as pictured. They tried to sneak a much higher price by us of 32,916. When confronted about this and showed them there webpage they quickly changed it online but I took pictures of it before they had a chance. Bate and switch. Reporting to bbb and ky attorney General.They are crooks. Go to glockner you will be treated better
