Just an awful experience. They wrote me a letter saying they wanted my car for 5k over KBB, I said ok. They called almost every day or every other day for a month until I made an appointment. I headed there, was given the wrong address TWICE! Drive two hours and was told I could only get 13k for my car unless I traded (I made it clear I didn’t want to do that, I also told them plenty of times what my pay off on my car was and was told it’s no problem) KBB had my car value at 17k. Not a happy customer. I bought a car on Feb 25th then 11 days later it broke down. After 3 weeks and one day and replacing 3 parts we were told it was fixed. Picked it up and it broke down again the same day. They have now had it another week and are still working on it. I have made it clear that I can't trust that car to transport kids I. and want a different car same price and they refuse. Had trouble with my Honda CR-V rear differential. They said someone put wrong type oil in it. THEY put the oil in, would not make good on it....
I would NOT recommend this place at all . My husband and I went there on a Friday stayed there from 3-7 in hopes of making a deal and they kept giving us false hope on a car and then one of the dealers call my husband on that Saturday to come back up there on Sunday that they had something worked out so we went and that person didn’t even show his face that day .
