RecommendedAfter spending months looking for the right vehicle with the right payment, we bought from Bill Cole. Michael Scarberry and Ashton O'Dell were so personable and friendly and easy to work with. They patiently worked with us (and our craziness) and got us an amazing deal on a gorgeous vehicle.
I bought a 2023 Kia Sportage from them, a $35,000 car mind you, and was promised three free tanks of gas since they don’t give oil changes anymore. I went in to redeem the second tank and was told that because I didn’t give them perfect 10s on a survey, the deal was off. So on top of going back on a deal they want you to lie about your experiences. This after a decade of business with them. They only care about getting a big purchase and then you mean nothing to them. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else.
