Hi everybody, just wanted to give a shout out to the folks that work at Allen Honda. Long story short, my car was totaled last week on my way to work and suffice it to say I had no plans in the immediate future for a new car or the payment that comes with it. we had a great experience buying our first car from Allen Honda, great sales people especially our salesman Damian! he was helpful and knowledgeable which made our experience that much better! everyone we dealt with did a great job. we found the perfect car for us at a great price! ended up with a 2018 Ford escape that we couldn't be happier with! great prices and awesome staff! Bob McGill has been our 'Go To' man; since we first came to Allen Honda 2 years ago. We had leased a 2020 Honda fit from them; and were pleased with how quickly he was able to get us into it. Fast forward to today and we PURCHASED our first vehicle from Bob and Allen Honda... a brand new 2023 Honda HRV LX. 3rd time around purchasing a vehicle from Junior!! He makes the process quick easy and fast. I love how he is very transparent and open to all questions. As for our finance person Casmira she is awesome as well! She did our last two vehicles and was very informative on extras I could purchase. This is our first Honda. After a lot of online research, we knew we wanted a CR-V. Mark greeted us when we arrived at Allen Honda. I have not usually enjoyed the car buying experience, but Mark was friendly, informative and patiently showed us different options.
