About 3 years ago I had a really terrible experience here and I posted a review on Yelp to share. By personal decision, I just removed it to replace it with this one after 3 extremely positive visits at Allen Honda. Around this time last year I brought my 2017 Civic in for maintenance and while waiting I had to go pick up my scheduled grocery order and had an infant at home. I recently bought a used Buick Enclave from Dominik at Allen Honda in BCS and these people are WONDERFUL! Customer service alone will make me never buy from anyone else. They are professional, kind, and fast! We came back to get the car detailed and they have a kids room where they had Netflix and brought our girls pizza. I absolutely LOVE Allen Honda. Everyone up there makes you feel welcomed, and are so sweet. Even when your kids are screaming and acting wild.

I found the facility very nice and the staff very friendly! They are great for fluid changes. They were not knowledgeable about technical service bulletin for my Ridgeline and didn’t fix the problem. I read the bulletin, bought the repair on Amazon and fixed myself. I am researching the other problem they couldn’t fix and will fix myself also. I was told I would get a survey but never got one. Service was done on 2/24/21. Better plan on returning visits for your problems 😏
